For those who don't feel like clicking and reading; the basic idea is to draw your TMNT OC with 's OC or 's OC posing together in a picture frame. (I think...)

Although two bases were provided, and I originally intended to use them, this cute idea sprang to mind as I was settling in and this was what I ended up going with instead. I guess its not much of a collab now, and I don't know if it still counts, but I had a lot of fun so I don't mind if its going to just be considered fan art at this point lol.

I decided to go with 's OC, Chump first, though I'll probably do one later today with 's OC too. I really liked Chump's backstory, which was pretty original in my opinion... and his name is sort of adorable.

Also, I know that they're supposed to be posing inside the frame, but I felt that, because they are OCs that the artwork submitted should kind of hint at something about the character/tell something about them. Maddie's main attribute is her super-strength, and a lot of her character hinges on it. In fact, pretty much everything about Maddie is a little over the top, so I wanted to reflect that in her posing, showing off by lifting the must more solid looking guy up in the air one-handed. I like the contrast of his bulk and her slim build.

I think that the two characters have a little bit in common, in that they're sort of meant to break out of a lot of tyical molds OC's tend to fall in to. Chump does this with his unique and imaginative backstory, Maddie mostly does this in character design (she's a girl who doesn't look girly, she's small but she's strong, ect).

It was a lot of fun drawing them together and I hope that at least Chump's owner enjoys the artwork. I wish them and their friend a lot of luck in their project, and thanks for the inspiration guys! :3

JunkeyTurtle, if you're reading this, I hope I got your character right, used the right colors/put things in the right places.
