As an update to your Paula cosplay, why not add a petticoat and long-legged bloomers?

i was going to make a petticoat but it would puff out to much. i built in a inner skirt with a ruffle on it so it puff it out. i feel long legged bloomers would be odd. look little to little bo peep. i would try out see how it would look. but i feel it look a little odd. plus skit of dress is pretty short.
