Personally, I think this guy should be on a level of his own. His design and look just screams "Creator of Existence" which makes sense for a God of Creation. I'd say either Celestial-Level or Divine-Level.Β

The orishas are Powerful... but not NEO level. Β On the server 'Orisha' all functionality was created by Welemon, and his Brother Chumaremon when they were both in their rookie forms. Β Chumaremon became the darkness by choice as light needs darkness and vice versa. Β So he and Wele are alway in a constant battle that will never end.

My own idea for an AU Digimon involves rather than the Digital World being contained within a server, but rather represent a higher realm, one where life is given forms of Pure Knowledge and Data, rather than Matter such as Flesh and Blood. Thus in the Pleroma outside the Digital World, Our Universe, etc. there would essentially be beings who are composed or Energy and Consciousness. Essentially beings Gods and Angels from our perspective, but in practical terms are essentially very High-Level Digimon.Β
But one could consider the idea that a High-Level Being could have become the host for a Server, and such a Digital World could be essentially on the back of what could easily be a gigantic turtle digimon.
