I'd try to give some constructive criticism so that my comment has a point... but I see no flaws, so...
I like how simple this is (in the sense that it's monochrome). This'll be great reference for basic lighting, which is something I really need to improve on.

Sorry but, I have to disagree with some asking it to be colored. I love it just the way it is this picture turned out amazing it looks really crisp. Brings more focus to her pretty eyes and attitude sticking her tongue out. Still this picture looks glorious to me colored or not
