From a technical point of view, this is fantastic, the art is beautiful, color shifts subtle and the proportions look great.
My only critique would be that she looks like a woman cosplaying Jinx rather than Jinx herself. This is an amazing piece from a technical point of view, but it doesn't capture the character from the source material point of view. Which is pretty surprising considering the amazing expressions in your other works.
