I do really like the colouring, and the composition is good but as much as the pose is possible, I don't know if it would look quite like that. Might be her butt being on the larger side that's throwing it off and making the bend at the waist look unnatural, however, I think the bigger issue is the shape of the breasts. The form isn't correct for her being flat on her back, let alone on a downward incline. The weight would be pushed up towards her collarbone/neck as opposed to the boobs just looking the same as if she was standing up.

Even a middle aged man like me can do this kind of pose rather easily (it's less pleasant to the eye, though), so I don't think the pose itself is a problem
However, I kinda agree something seems off (aside from anti gravity breasts) even though I can't really point what it is, sorry (in the other hand I bet you're not interested about "random people opinion").

I'll overpay you by 200$ for a single character commission if you can replicate this pose exactly as it is. No jokes, no lies. No bullshit. Exactly as the pose looks and you can make a fool out of me and take my money. The same guy who ridiculed you for wussing out on hentai material will have to eat his words and lose cash.
Again, take a picture of yourself posing exactly how you see in this picture, and I'll pay you 200$ for a single character commission that's probably worth 40 bucks from you. You can edit your face out if that makes you feel comfortable.

I said " that kind of" so I didn't mean "the exact same pose", I was referring to having the two shoulders touching the ground while having the pelvis on the side. And I even added that something seemed off anyway (found what it was but didn't want to adress the thing further than necessary).
So yeah the problem is IMO not "what is done" but "how it's done".

In your stock photo her pelvis is perpendicular to the floor and the angle from the floor to her back is like 40°, not 0° (parallel to the floor) like in your picture. Additionally it still looks pretty uncomfortable in the photo, resulting in looking unnatural since nobody would naturally rest like that

Except they bend in ways that are actually pluasible. You see, the spine can do some really amazing stuff when it's flexing forward or backward. There are some in there that are straight up nonsense but for the most part he knows what he's doing.

Before you start debating yes the pose is possible and yes it does hurt a little. And if you want test it out:
1) place your back flat on the ground.
2) twist your hips to one side.
3) keep your shoulder flat.

Got to hand it to you, I had a legitimate laugh. But alas....
As with the paper demonstration, there's a sharp angle that the spine takes in this pose at the waste and then another hard twist at the top (basically yes, enough of your ass ain't showing, though you nailed the chest, you've done better than other people so far)
Though for at least comprehending well and doing a hell of a lot better than the other people here, I assume it's at least worth commending. Offer of a free request to be completed at least before this time next month.

Do you really want to go through the embarrassment of having a "lower" artist explain to you how the center line of both the back of the buttocks and the front of the chest can't be shown so prominently? Don't you find it shameful for me to have to correct your logic, granted you may have a lot more experience in art than I do, and should know better? When it comes to mental gymnastics, you're reaching Olympic Gold right now.
Spines normally can't turn anymore past 45, or possibly 60 degrees. They definitely don't turn anywhere near 90, and that's not even enough to do that pose.
I suggest reading the rest of the comments before thinking that you have something relevant to say, as this has been resolved by people who actually tried and failed to perfectly mimic the pose.
