This character is fascinating to me, compared to one-note characters such as Tracer, Reaper, and Genji. Someone unbound by morality, who wants to test the limit of human potential... all while siding with the one side who wishes to use that potential for pure evil. And she knows exactly what she's doing, too. This is no heroine, and that is what interests me most. She is (in my mind) like Sombra, only on the side of evil as long as it benefits them, and is willing to abandon them if nessisary. That means anything could happen when Morgana (sorry Moira) is around.
One critique I'd give: Moira's right arm is more... grey, and atrophied than her left. Just something for consideration. It's incredible that you managed to make something of this quality so quickly after the reveal. Your work is of a great quality. Keep it up.

No we mean the Sym-yatta-mei-ercy special. Literally I feel like she is just a mix of other characters and it looks like shes better at healing than mercy. Especially since Mercy is having her Ressurect nerfed.....again.

ATTENTION I'm sorry but you've made a grave error (maybe not that grave but important), Her left eye is blue, the one under the small metal mask, she has Heterochromia iridium, and the other eye is red that is correct. sorry just wanted to help call your attention to that, I hope you can fix that but still beautiful art!
