I don't understand why people are hyped seeing Mulan in casual clothing? It's just a jacket, did I miss something? O_O

I did hear that most of the Princess Outfits have references. Elsa has "Just Let it Go", Anna has a Sandwich on her shirt that says "Finish each others". Mulan's dragons. Cinderella's shirt saying "Got 2 Go" with the carriage. Those are the main ones.
