I beliveve thats only if a woman is a body builder her breats will be muscly too like pecks, also not a real person, character from a game, so laws of logic aren't in affect, also those breasts are far from fake, like even if its a cartoon or game character or a real person, you can tell when boobs are fake, as they'll look stiff, also you can work out the arms and the abs as to keep your natural breast size
