Well the character name is Orta aswell, I'm pretty sure that she based her on that same character since she even gave her a similar hairstyle (though she has the hair a bit blondey).
PSU stands for Phantasy Star Universe. Its an mmorpg on Xbox360, Playstation 2 and PC.
