This is the colored version of Lineart: Persian and Ninetails with better lineart quality.
Unfortunately, even with the better lineart quality, there's still some noise in the upper left hand corner.
It's been a while since I did some digital coloring.

However (and this is my critique): The shine on your ninetails is too low. This is typically a result of maltreating your pokemon, and I now have to report you to officer jenny.
