Go to:
/System/Library/CoreServices/Finder
Right-click -> Show Package Contents
You'll find the knob files to replace in the 'Resources' folder.

This theme is amazing however there is a small issue with blue highlights around buttons and other controls.
Its only visible if you use tab for moving between all controls (which i do) System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboards Shortcuts -> All Controls.

i love it. however...i didn't get the menu bar. when i typed into terminal, the final message was chmod: Unable to change file mode on /System/Library/CoreServices/boot.efi: Operation not permitted
chown: /System/Library/CoreServices/boot.efi: Operation not permitted
what does this mean?

Its nothing to be worried about, basically its trying to change the permissions on a file which can't have its permissions changed.
It wont make any difference to the theme.

This is very nice. I just don't know how to install this on a Snow Leopard, or more like I'm afraid I'm going to mess something up..

It comes with instructions to install it on Terminal or manually, it`s quite simple and nothing gets messed up (:

This is awesome, but there are some things missing. Safari looks a bit odd and the buttons in Mail aren't that great.
Do you plan on adding some resources for those issues?

When using the script i get an chmod problem.
When manually install:
Backuped the original ones.
Delete the original ones from the original folder.
Copied the new Plastic Pulse ones.
Repaired permissions.
Logout and login.
It does not work.
I have Mac OSX 10.6
Only thing i see, is for example when i open the finder. and then click on my desktop, then i see the upper left button (normally the red one) is smaller, other buttons are normal.
Anyone can help me out?

Ah ha, and I just figured it out. Go to System Prefs > Appearance > change Appearance to Blue

how do you uninstall/revert back to default? theme only half installed. now have a bit of aqua, bit of pulse. don't know how to remove pulse. any ideas? thank you.

try using the uninstaller from another theme (nuala perhaps). That should put all the normal snow leopard bits back into the right place regardless of the theme. That usually works for me

That themes pretty damn good, follow the instructions and you should be sweet. Just have to install the metalik theme first and then this one with themepark
