EOS 350D ofc, but if you ment does it obtain the AF when using the tubes, yes it does. i used the manual here, cause its a little tough when working such DOF.

I've got an old analogue camera and shots with my extension tube are extremely difficult to bring into focus manually. It's more a guessing game than anything else... But I love the makro-perspective so I keep trying
