Description
I made an updated reference sheet as my old one was a little unclear. I was going to shade it but flats make it easier to see his design
I made some minor changes.
•Wing colours
•Belly now has a split down the middle
•Number of fingers/Toes

I always find Lineart takes the longest, and honestly I like it best non-shaded. I mean, it's a reference sheet after all, so it actually makes the details in Neo clearer to see. Yeah, I'd personally say it works best this way!
