At first glance, yes, it looks like Yondaime. But on second sight you'll see the whiskered marks on Naruto's cheeks.Lots of people draw Naruto in his on version of his father's cloak, but given the chance I think Naruto would wear his father's coat just for sentimentality reasons.
Been working on this pic off and on. It's different from its original concept, but I still dig it. My favourite part is the printed flame turning into actual flame along the edge of coat tails.
Who did our Sixth Hokage learn said fire technique from? Sasuke of course :> Canon can just eat itself kthx~
Done in a mix between Sai and Photoshop.

This look so majestic. I love the tattered look of the bottom of the cloak actually being flames.
The entire atmosphere of the picture is like that hold-your-breath-intense cinematic pause when the hero begins the attack that'll make or break the battle.
