Motivational posters is easily one of the weakest drudgeries of internet humor, probably on the same step as image macros of cats. That you didn't say you think it was funny, or implied it even, leads me to believe you just wanted to white knight for someone.
Half of them aren't even motivational posters, they're just poorly cropped images with bad aspect ratios that have white text below them. Font and size isn't even consistent.
Why should I help someone like this? he's not even an artist. He's hitting prt/scr, pasting into MS paint, and then using the text tool. It literally takes all of 30 seconds, and it's why he has a gallery of 400 bad motivationals. It's not like he drew any of this, and thus no effort is really put in on his part and none should be expected on my part when critiquing it.

If anything none of this garbage belongs on deviantART, as it's deviant ART, not deviant cut-and-paste.
It's obvious the guy just starts beating his prt/scr key whenever he sees a scene he likes. His "gallery" is literally nothing but bad and poorly made motivational posters. Not only are they all poorly made, with awkward resolutions, but they're not even all done in the same style, and some don't even try to make a joke.
Here's my advice to the "artist" in question: delete your DA account.

But the fact is that the very picture is a joke, as I am joking around with him on the reply comments of his works, so that's must say for itself that the job is done, right?

It would actually be helpful of your case to actually take your time and explain how it is done, rather then throw the flaws with vague solutions. Font and size aren't consistent, and yet, many examples do so, and they are funny as hell.

Because it is only you that see shit on the plate? If I see a yellow wall and you say that it is actually a crappy yellow wall, explaining why it is crappy would make as much sense as the listener makes the right decision of ignore such adjective as the very person who said didn't even bother to explain why.

And take you time to see that many wallpapers and signature came from images and other things from internet, surely the editing is much more complex and much harder than a poster, but the very fact that is taking from something else and doing on its own from there doesn't mean it is a cut-and-paste as well? Posters are just obviously lazier, but in that sense, it can still be called an art.
Otherwise, I can promptly say that everyone using renders that was screenshoted must delete their arts, as they basically copy-and-pasted the hell out of it and edited on their own.
And different arts takes different efforts. I doubt you would make a small comic strips with graphics of what, Magic the Gathering illustrations? Even if the sole purpose is humor?
Posters just focus on the humor and it bases itself of how the comment is done by who does it.
