She isn't known as Material of Wisdom for nothing, she sure knows how to play the battlefield to her advantage... btw. I realized something awesome about Railgun's Uiharu. Her power is keeping things she touches at constant temperature right? Imagine what she would be able to do by overcloaking a computer's CPU, with her powers it would be incapable of overheating!

if she can touch it and only overclocked PCs overheat
but if she gets some nice customised hardware it might work in her advantage, of course Academy City has the best and fastest stuff so it might redundant...

That's the point, she starts touching it before she kicks the processing power up and then no matter how much she overcloaks it it will stay at a pretty low temperature.
