I love the pose, Just struttin along xD
I like the detail of (sand being kicked up?) near the paws and the detail of the water splash things from where the right front paw had came out of the water, and same for the tail. I also like the bubbles as they give really good effect. So, what are you gonna call him/her? It is definitely one of your bests, though I think that all of your work is absoultly amazing!! and awesome. I dont think this peice of work can get any better so well done Jenny!

So this drawing, is definitely one of my favourites. I see a lot of canine drawings every day, but none as beautiful as this one. I can't get over this. I seriously can't. The anatomy is great, as well as the shading. I love how you did kind of a yellow glow around the body to give it light/reflection of the sun. Or at least that's what I think. The design of this wolf((I hope it's wolf..? I'm not good with telling them apart..)) is super cute as well. The backround, is just really stunning, I think you did amazing with the water and the clouds. Oh and the bubbles, I thought that was creative because unlike me, I wouldn't have thought of it.
The only thing I would change, it the arm coming out of the water. The line of water cutting across it, made it hard for me to tell where it was at first. And the fact that it's a bit far from the underfur, also made it hard for me to tell if it was attached or not. However I managed to figure it out.
Overall, I think you did an amazing job, and I hope to see more of your work. <3

This is beautiful~
Do you mind telling me what software you used to create this? I really want to try my hand at digital art and have no idea what software/tools are the best.....

Thank you!
I used Paint Tool SAI for this, it's not a free program, but you can get a 30 day free trial, and then once it's used up you can still use it but you can no longer save files or open them (still open new blank canvases though) but there's nothing to stop you from just screenshotting the picture. (Which is what I'm doing until I have the money to purchase it. It's about $32 I think?)
It's really good, it's pretty simple, but you can change a lot of settings which half of them I don't even know what they do xD So just experiment to see what kind of effects you can get. c:
Hope this helped ^^

I really love the water effects, they're awesome, and the sun glow.
The way the forepaw is bent seems a bit too pointy though. And the water at the horizon line seems to be a bit too flat, considering the fact that there are slight waves through the water (unless I'm mistaken...?)
Anyways, awesome job on this and also, I'm envious of your shading skills.

I LOVE IT!!!!
However, there is that problem with that front lifted paw, also try to make the dripping water off of the paw and tail more frothy around the edges and slightly thinner because the water looks quite thick! (if ya get what i just said )
I do have to say though my fave part is the water light reflecting onto her (the wavy bits)
Otherwise GREAT JOB XX
I am definately adding her to my favs xx

this is pretty cool and i think you handled the water well
one thing about water is i noticed you drew the refraction on the waves reflecting on the part of the character outside of water; since sunlight is moving downward, is actually reflects a lot on what is underwater. a little blue from the sky should lightly reflect on the top of the character as well. :3 but besides that it looks very good!!

This looks awesome! I love the way you kicked up the sand in the water; that is just super duper realistic! I don't see that much in digital drawings, but I like that you put it in The only thing that looks funny to me is the neck scruff; the big point looks a bit off to me. Other than that, this picture is just perfect! I also really like what you did with the fur and how it looks wet but not ugly-wet

tinker's fur does that in water so I guess you're pretty accurate xD
DUDE WHEN DID YOU GET SO GOOD AT WATER???????? I MEAN YOU'VE ALWAYS BE GOOD AT WATER BUT THIS IS
NOPE I REFUSE TO SEE THE AWESOMENESS. MNOPE
on a serious note, ohmygod. you really are improving. Just recently your style has gone from awesome to KSDUWQVGEDK and you know what? I say it's because you've no longer got art GCSE pulling you back (assuming yours is finished now, like mine)
Where the body is underwater at first felt funny looking to me because I was like.... hmmm defraction where but after about 10 seconds I realised if you'd drawing in the defraction it'd look actually odd so yeah it's well composed and stuff I guess xD
ME LIKE
one day you should be one of those people who draw like half hour sketch commission at MCM Expo oh my god you've seriously gotten amazing

This is so amazing, I don't know where these shading skills popped up from but all I can say is that I love them and they're fabulous darling! Your style has grown into such a beautiful contrast, you make everything just, work. Fffff, I don't know how fur works in water either, I think you made it look believable though.
I have no idea why but I always found the angle you created difficult to draw. I've never been able to make water look like it has shape and form to it, specially in a way where it looks like it cuts with the camera.
Oh my word, those clouds.
Everything is amazing, thank you so much for the lovely birthday present Jenny Lenny!!!
