Bio:

After King Diabolus brought back planet Vegeta and all saiyans that were on it when frieza destroyed it he roamed the universe
and made alignments with numerous other planets by offering them protection in trade for resourses.
Earth was the new saiyan king's greatest ally. Capsule corp grew out to be the Biggest corporation on the planet and expanded to the saiyan planet,
there they experimented with inproved saiyan tech like spacepods, scouters and armour.
King diabolus, a nephew of bardock also had a daughter who had a relationship with Rapsery, a niece of Vegeta,
since they were both female and lesbians they couldnt get children, however capsule corporation used the technology
they recovered from dr gero's lab before it was destroyed and did various tests with it. eventually the data of the androids and cell
proved to be very usefull. Capsule corp was able to "clone" a child using blood of both Rapsery and Amane, the latter having Vulian blood inside her.
The child was far superior to Saiyans, Humans and Vulians and each of it's generations was stronger than the previous one.
Samuël is a 1000 year descendant of that child and was bonr with a power level 7 times that of brolly's at his birth.
Samuël was born with a naturel sense for fighting like the saiyans but with the heart of a human (since previous generations also paired with humans)
and the brains of a vulian.

Since King diabolus "way of the saiyan" was extremmely effective, there has'nt been any extreme danger in the past 1000 years.
The entire universe was in peace in exeption for a few skirmishes and uprising here and there.
Samuël was often bored in his childhood since there wasn't any actual action next to his training sesions.
When he reaches the age of 20 he travels trough dimensions and time to eek out new adventures and strong opponents.
2 of his life years later he finds The Android Carameja and decides to stay with her in an alternative world where the universe Was NOT in peace
and the opponents were much stronger.

Outfit and scouter:

Samuël's outfit is an extremely inproved version of the old Saiyan armour and its made out of a stronger and far more durable alloy,
in all his life up till now no one has ever been able to even scratch it. The "Vest" part is detachable from the chest armour and the
pants is also a hardened version of the old armour.
In 1000 years time the scouter has been worked on and inproved to an extent that it can read power levels to their fullest even when masked,
it can read distances all over the universe, it can measure speed far more than the speed of light, it can be used as a radio, recording device,
sending and receiving messages trough speaker, it can read your race, blood type and much much more.
