Here it is the colored version of my revamped Luigi in dragonball z style.Greatly inspired by im trying to develop my own unique art and color style, hence there is no black lining visible on my future artwork, still tampering with it but this is pretty close to what i want.
I erased weegee's mouth that was visible on the previously uploaded line art, it looks better when his mouth is hidden by his mustache.

You should make Super Weegee's levels.

Super Saiyan 2 equivalent.

Super Saiyan 3 equivalent.

I would stay at two levels, and base them on actual nintendo related powerups. Β something like the tanuki and fire flower forms and make them equal to super saiyan levels. the reason why i would stay at 2 levels is one power up doesn't necessarily outdo the other. You could also use the Giant mushroom for an oozharu equivalent.
