Good job. I don't think I'd be able to do that.

Well it took only 17 frames from robot to truck, but transforming (lol) all the frames from png to gif (yes, i did it frame by frame on all 4 character animations) and then taking the gif frames to the gif animator kinda took my time. In total, it was:
Bumblebee - 15 frames
Optimus Prime - 17 frames
Starscream - 19 frames
Megatron - 31 frames
All 4 took me about 1 hour, since they're my very first animations, so.. well, here they are, lol

Are you placing the images on a transparent background?

I don't know what program you're using, but there should be a "Save for Web and Devices" option under File. Then there should be some options you can change, one of them should be transparency.
[link] That's a wiki article that says what file formats support transparency.

Easy GIF Animator... i change the transparency settings but nothing happens. Also, i didn't found any Web and Devices option. What program do you recommend me?

Huh, I'm not sure. But you could try to look up the solution on google. I have photoshop and Illustrator, but I don't make animated gifs so I'm not sure if those are any better.
I would just stick with what you have and try to look for a solution online.
