Houndoom is watching the storm, he finds it interesting, The storm has blown some leaves aswell, houndoom, is making sure that the storm doesn't come to close so watching from a distance

Houndoom here looks gorgeous. You really got the form down (never mind how many ridges Houndoom has on his back). The perspective is beautiful, with the lovely, smooth flowing lines of Houndoom against the mountains afar.
The concept of the leaves is interesting, and I like it. I may suggest scattering more leaves in the distance as tiny dots.
However, to me, the scene does not seem stormy at all. The lightning does not catch my attention, mainly because the scene is so green and fresh it lacks the menace of thunderstorms. I suggest dimming your greens and making the contrasts between light and dark more apparent. make the shadows on Houndoom really dark and the light as how it is as of.
I like the concept of the cliff, but I would suggest making the grass a different shade from the faraway mountains because the brown of the cliff stands out more than it ought to.
It is a nice picture nevertheless, and best wishes to you until we meet again.

I used to get the heads wayy to big xD but I've always been alright with the legs..... sort of.... they always look a bit long xD

I think you actually don't need to see the trees... I mean, those leaves could have been blown from far away by the wind, since it's actually a spring "storm"... so you can suppose the trees are out of the frame, and the leaves are just passing by in front of Houndoom...
I love how you thought of a Houndoom in a quite colorful background (as opposed to the generally darker vision of Houndoom), and you successfully included it in the background !
Maybe the hils need to be more detailed though, even if this should mean taking a smaller brush to draw them, because it looks to me like you took a big brush and applied only one layer for each hill, which makes them look too blurry, a bit quickly done... ^^'

wellz, i know that because as well as losing my book, i still got a good mark in perspective.
but it must be a windy day for the leaves to be floating around the animal.
btw im only fussy about realistic theories... i love "sparkle" animals (but i hate the name "spparkle") and i also love crazy backgrounds. but like, it must be windy/ cloudy. just thought d put that before anyone accused me of being a hater
but i know about small dots, but i was talking about if it's standing under the tree.
