Mantax roared at the other Barraki! his mantle flaring openly as he swoops like a shadow across the reef wall, showing his deadly stinger and teeth to any who dared get too close, The mask of life itself wrapped tightly in his pincer claws, it's golden and glittering glow contrasting with the dark cloak of the manta. His demands, however... were unmet...

And the final batch of the Barraki warlords, Carapar and Mantax. The crab's claw was a delight to make and illustrate for all its gnarly details and forced texturing. But The Manta was a trial and a half to get just right, but I like the swooping and flow of his form and the way the mask in his hands contrasts with him.
