A second pass at the front page.

Notes
Content pages will have the left column, but not the right. The right column will disappear to give more room for the main content area.

"2011 conventions" and text like it on the left will be turned into further navigation for each subsection. For example, if you were to click on the art gallery, it would take you to a page with no right column. The left column would have navigation text in place of the con schedule that would allow you to sort the art by date, subject, and medium. In the case of the tutorials, the left column would house a tutorial menu that links to all of the individual tutorials. In the case of the store, it would provide a list of products.

I've made space for a third ad along the bottom. Huzzah for selling out. (actually it was a good way to weight the bottom of the page, which just sorta ended.)

I'm not sure, but the little dragon head in the bottom right may be a randomly cycling image much like the top banner. We'll see

The forums and oekaki boards will have a similar layout to the one I'm showing here, but will likely not have ANY columns, as I'll need every bit of the 950 pixels in width to house the forum and oekaki tables. The bottom ad banner may still be visible on these pages.

When viewing the website through your web browser, you would NOT see it as this giant long rectangle. The layout expands down as far as the content within it requires. You'd scroll down, as with most standard websites.

Feedback is still appreciated. I'm going to start working on some mock-ups of what content pages would look like.
