Here's my second half of 's contest and this one is Chloe as a member of the Federation. Here's her background on what would happen if she "joined" the Federation:

Once, Chloe lead a fairly normal life, aside from being the daughter of Frost King & Frost Queen, otherwise known as the Frost Couple and the usual bullying that she received now and then at Elmore Junior High. Despite this, Chloe put off with the negative aspects of life and focus on the positive as much as possible. But her life changed forever when the Federation showed up and took over Elmore after winning the war against Earth, occupying the few towns unfortunate to survive the catastrophe. As Elmore was one of the few cities “spared”, it was reformatted and changed into New Elmore, where the Federation cracked down on those who would dare to oppose their reign, even resorting to live execution to make an example. In addition to hunting down anyone related to the Resistance, the Federation also seek out those who have “potentials” to join their ever growing army, usually by through the thinly veil of a scholarship.

Unfortunately for Chloe, she was one of the few “potentials” that the Federation were looking for and forcefully separated her from her parents, taking her to an isolated school designed to reeducate the “potentials”, mainly through threats of torture, discipline and brainwashing. Chloe and a few did their best to resist the school’s terrorizing ways, even resorting to runaway from the school, but each and every carefully laid out plans ended up turning fruitless for them, before they finally resigned themselves to their horrible fates. For the next four years, the “teachers” continued to shape Chloe through their strict teachings and slowly, but unfortunately, the once shy and reserved girl was soon transformed into a fearsome and intimidating behemoth. In addition, she was given enough augmentation to increase her strength even more, allowing her to overpowered even the strongest creatures ever. By the time she reached sixteen, she was released back home, seemingly ready to adjust back to the new society.

When Chloe returned to her parents, they were initially overjoyed, hugging their daughter and expressing how they missed her so much. Unfortunately for them, it would be the last thing they would ever do, as Chloe swiftly chopped off their heads without a second thought. In doing so, Chloe had become what the Federation had wanted: a cold-hearted killer who can complete their objectives without remorse or mercy. With her final test complete, Chloe’s first mission is to hunt down the ever growing Resistance that have now proved to be a real threat. As far as she was concerned, Chloe will make sure the resistance will know the true meaning of fear.
