Description
THEOS - The Vex Eternal conscript- this is a revamp of an old vex drawing Aeon-
"The vault of glass has hidden away secrets of the vex's history and further explorations of the vex's home world can lead to the guardians own insanity or a swift end, but the guardians who has passed through the vex's forces are sure to discover the hidden vaults tucked away by Atheon, these hidden vaults are called "the vault of mirrors" "the vault of minds" and "the vault of eternity"
A group of guardians by the name of Exelous-4, Revine and Katarina have discoverd the vault of eternity there lies a towering vex with the power to reshape the face of reality and to remove anything out of existence. Although this power is almost godlike but this vex is limited only to use his powers only in the vault.
Further theories about this vex has lead the fear of the vanguards that this vex was in relation to the collapse.

A Vex world-builder? An interesting concept, if the Guardians are on it, would it think of communication?
It would question them, their origins, their weapons, their Ghosts, why the Vex beyond his Vault are hostile, where they got their armour from, etc...
And when it is let out? It would build a gate, allowing itself to call up a lesser replica of standard Minotaur size at The Tower in order to negotiate fixes across history, and alterations so that Man could rebuild, but at a small fee of having to include other species (namely Vex (those who sided with Theos, Atheon-Precursor), any Fallen who is willing to side permanently with the City, any Hive who deviate from Oryx's broods, and maybe a segment of Cabal who ran out of ammunition).

Whao dude that actually sound more intresting than the one i just made.
thats an intresting concept though having rogue vex join side by side with the guardians would definately make it more awesome.
But think of it as a mutual alliance maybe a small portion of the rogue vex wants to be freed alongside theos who may or may not be trapped by the other vex to forcefully create worlds to run simulated events that would benifit their race or something.
And afterwards if they are to be freed would they still be allies or will they betray the guardians and start a second collapse to the city and this time leaving no survivors.

Theos would probably be mixed on various subjects, often providing possible outcomes for the City's next combats, but when the Guardians succeed hacking a Gatelord's Gate, he would employ his version of the Precursor Vex (mostly Minotaurs with stolen weaponry and drapery, some would have shields and hammers), who would have runes etched onto their armour to signify their alliance to their living deity.
Though after being freed, Theos would begin contemplating the Traveler and Humanity, as-well as having casual conversations with Rasputin over matters on their level in relation to Oryx. However, Theos and his Vex would have a general vote, and the consensus would be like this: "We should not be alone in this act of survival. If the Vex-as-whole wish to live, they should join us against this 'Taken' threat rather than succumb to it by learning and becoming adept in the abilities of these 'Guardians' who protect their Sleeping God. Those who deny this are inevitably going to end up Taken and thus must be eliminated beforehand."
Theos would then produce a new Atheon (dubbed 'Atheon II, Replacement of Time's Conflux') who would serve as...
A: a Vex counteragent to being Taken by Oryx.
B: a tutor who will host a Vex version of the Prison of Elders, but for 6 Guardians, and will involve the Guardians roaming the Vault looking for Taken, or House Wolves Fallen, or Vex who're trying to disrupt Theos' strong belief of 'More of not-same = stronger whole = resilient civilization = 'Golden Age' 2.0'.
C: a librarian who will lend out knowledge to Guardians in return for resources which will allow Atheon to build them weapons, sufficient donations will result in the Gunsmith selling a Legendary Vex weapon for you, based on the weapons you've used most:
Slap Rifle = any full-auto weapon. Torch Hammer = shotguns, fusion rifles, rocket launchers? Line Rifle = snipers, fusion rifles.
Although the stats would vary.
There would also be a Vex Armour-smith who'd set up shop on the opposite side of the Gunsmith's shop, who would sell the following services:
-Armour customization; allowing Guardians to 'recover' old pieces of gear, and pieces of gear usually unavailable to their class, and then 'wear' the visuals over their current set. This is permanent, but can be taken off by asking it to.
-Elemental Modifiers; allows Guardians to apply a global modifier to the weapons, but effects only one type each, can have 3 active, to counter all elements.
-Vehicle/weapon visual editing; the Vex could alter your weapons' colours, and also add more armour to your Sparrow. It would also sell Fallen Pikes, but trade-off more mobility (the energy bar won't go down when boosting so fast, but it will gradually accelerate, then it'll run out, so bursts of this would be best) for a lack of weaponry, and will also have a sharp, metal plow on it's front. There'll be variants of these Pikes, even one with the City's logo painted on it as an act of vandalism. As for most weapons, the Vex can apply alterations to colours of that weapon, and modify it's physique a bit, but it doesn't know how to smith guns. At all.
-Vex armour vendor; sells Vex-looking armour sets depicting each variant of Vex:
Striker Titans would have an Aphyx Invasive Minotaur set. Defender Titans would have a Hezen Protective Minotaur set, and Sunbreaker Titans would have a gold version of a Precursor Minotaur as a set. Wearing the full set would have you look taller, and have a global slight speed reduction in turn for more armour (de)buff, and minor headshot resistance for all these sets.
Gunslinger Hunters would have a Corrective Hobgoblin set, Bladedancer Hunters would have a Sol Divisve Hobgoblin set, and Shadowstalker Hunters would wear a darker rendition of a Precursor Hobgoblin set. This set would improve accuracy and chances of projectiles hitting, and will have a chance for incoming projectiles to deal half damage.
Warlocks would have Goblin-like sets.
Each set, when fully equipped, will claim to be as if they're one Exotic piece of armour.
Rundown: Vex Builder-god who wants to try and unite the races to end the conflict would also replace Atheon. Atheon 2.0 would offer a variety of services in the Vault of Glass' 2nd instance. Theos would employ one of his Builder-Minotaurs to make a spot on the Tower it's home, and offer some more appealing services, so Guardians wouldn't all look the same, as Theos gets confused and would often claim 'You all wear these bones of Hive, or whatever that is; we fail to identify individuals because of this.' until you actually stand out. New vendor: Vex Armour-smith. Also, Atheon 2.0 would also serve as an in-game access point to the Grimoire, and provide a way for it to be in the game's lore, which means there's a book in a book in a book in a --- [INFINITE LOOP EXCEPTION].

These are all well thought out ideas man loved the idea of a vex god working along side of the guardians but i actually had a similar idea but mine is more along the lines of:
THEOS trapped in the vault of glasses hidden chambers to construct and simulate vex worlds and vex units but as Theos being all powerful and all cant escape the vault if he does may alter the flow of space and time disrupting the balance of past present and future so he stays within the vault trapped but never alone. Rouge vex that freed themselves from programming like for example: (hezen protective, virgo prohibition, sol devisive and so on) go and serve theos, and gain indepence as a new vex class called vex: Theos innitiative, named after their god to serve him alongside the guardians.
Afterwards theos creates a new form of vex to go alongside the guardians in the tower to aid them with vex help.
These vex in appearance are averaged sized humans much like exo's but distinguishable enough to make a diffrence, that being they only have one eye and speak at a very discrptive and curious tone almost like they are amused and seem like they want to know more about humans, guardians and the city etc. often leading them to ask question more about us much like us wanting to know more about them.
One such new vex is called:
Tetheres: emissary of theos
In appearance tetheres is more female-like and wears a cloak with symbol of theos and the towers crest, made by eva levante: guardian outfitter to show allegiance by the vex and guardians. Tetheres is located in the hall of guardians alongside the vanguards giving them aid in protecting the wall.
Tetheres also gives out mission for guardians and special armor to help them in battle and often giving advice to guardians on their quest and is also the direct link to theos, often using her as a vessel to communicate with the vanguard and or the tower making her valuable to the guardians.
Voltez: warrior outfitter
Voltez is one of the new vex created by theos to help aid the tower, He shows more armor than any of the new vex, he is bulky and tall and wears a cloak to showcase his allegiance to theos and the tower. He is located right nex to banshee-44 selling vex weaponry and armor blueprints which can be sold by giving him strange coins?? ( havent really thought much about this)
He is often communicating with banshee about weapons and just do small talk like:
"Your weapon... is sturdy... unbalanced yet, powerfull and efficient... this will do well in battle" -Voltez
"Oh.... Thanks, I certainly like it" -Banshee
Zeltrion: sentiant mind
Zeltrion is no warrior nor is he a war advisor nor can he directly communicate with theos, his sole purpose however is to help the guardians understand more about themselves and their lost history, to rediscover what they have lost and reclaim everything they have long since forgotten by the collapse.
Zeltrion is small and frail but has more intellectuall capabilities than any of the new vex, he can understand sarcasm and jokes he is basically more human-like than other vex. what stands out about him however is his curiousity over everything which drives him to questing everything there is to know about something. He is located in tower north. He gives out quest to know more about our history which is kinda cool. This could be a way to tell lore stories behind the grimoir cards through the game, this way destiny's lore could expand and make the story alot more intresting.
Thats what i got so far haha

Tet-heres, Theos Emissary ( resembles a female exo, but is primarily Vex in design; the designs were assimilated from scans of visiting Guardians, sells Vex-designed shells, sigils, and unique tasks).
Tet-Vlotz, Theos Constructor (translates to 'builder of things', translates to 'armor+weapon=smith', when possessed is 'Theos Imprinter', has the Minotaur build but seems familiar, carries a warhammer it uses to 'build' things with lightning; sells Vex weapons, armour, and their equivalent of a Sparrow).
Tet-Zltrnn, Instanced Mind (cannot connect to Vex directly due to an intended design flaw, and thus has to rely on Tet-Theos to serve as a relay, has the same chassis design as Sekrion (for that hood effect), but uses slightly thinner Minotaur limbs, would sell class items and serves as a direct in-game Grimoire 'compiler').
Tet-Theos, Theos Exemplar (Theos' means to interact beyond his Sheltering Vault, and looks exactly like him, but smaller, acts as a questgiver, and gives varying shaders and 'keys' that, when in the Vault of Glass, force Atheon out of his combat state and into a state of co-operation, coaxing a 'modern' VoG where you HELP the Vex fight the Taken, and then DEVIATE from their primary coding, a successful run will cause the Taken in the King's Fall to be less numbered due to Vex hit-runs guided by Theos Initiative).
All of them wear a sort of cloak-like adornment, all of their 'heads' except the Exemplar have three main eyes, with the middle one gently fading between levels of brightness as they commune. Tet-Theos would have less on an imposing voice due to his lack of size.
The hammer that Vlotz carries can only be wielded by him due to a Vex 'account' system he installed on the weapon, which may mimic the legendary hammer of Thor.
Example of dialogue from Tet-Vlotz to Banshee:
Vlotz: Banshee. Weapons comparison has resulted in one inconvenience: Why do the weapons these Guardians carry be surplus-effective compared to yours? Recommendation: Include Invective ammo-regenerator in as many weapons as possible, even if it requires the Guardian to sacrifice a few weapon parts?
Banshee: Really now? I thought my stuff was top-of-the-line! ... [hears recommendation] ...They'll have to bring me more ammunition re-fillers if they want that.
Vlotz: Vex weapons do not need ammunition.
Banshee: Oh come on. Stop it.
Vlotz: When your weapons destroy Oryx, Atheon, [LIST] before reloading.
Banshee: I mean it. Or I will wipe my memory again.
Vlotz: This exchange is over. Do not delete this conversation. You must strive to prove my logic as invalid...
From Tet-Theos to Variks via comm-channel.
Theos: Fallen-named-Variks_Loyal. Theos has question.
Variks: And that is?
Theos: Why are there no Fallen of your 'House' at Tower?
Variks: ... ...Have not considered...
Theos: Theos is disappointed about lack of species at Tower. Tower could do with Ketch with something entertaining.
Variks: ...You plan to steal Ketch? From what House?
Theos: Perhaps Ketch from House Winter as House Winter lacks ruler.
Variks: ...What about Vex then, Theos, yes?
Theos: All Vex who do not see that their original plan is going to end with them being Taken by Oryx. This is the solution. If other races could be like you and us we would all be sitting on ornate chairs planning on restarting a new civilization's Platinum Age.
Variks: A what age?
Theos: Platinum. Superior to gold?
Variks: What is this?
Theos: Research before returning to this conversation. Respond when you find it. Channel will be left as AVAILABLE. End.
Variks: Wait I [DISCONNECTED].

They basically are gods at this point, they can teleport across space and time and can bend physics to their will

Vex are actually 'Rivers of thought'; the white glowy fluid in their 'stomach' region. Each platform is a personal vehicle or starship and is not the actual Vex.
