Well...the programe I use is autodesk sketchbook pro. It's $50, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you have good experience. But I used to use Autodesk sketchbook express, which is free.

Hmm... So uh, on the shoulder, with the wound, it's hard to tell where the wound opening ends, and the blood begins color-wise, so it just looks like Cole has a weird, jaggedy sort of wound.
The head wound looks great though, and very animesque. Everything else looks just fine, no need to worry
