I saw the creature again, but only briefly. My partner and I departed early in the morning to install more hidden cameras in the woods. There I was covering a new hidden camera when I noticed something down by the lake. It was there - this thing we've started calling "Raptier" - drinking and trying to catch small insects from the water's surface. We've come to a conclusion that Raptier is an omnivore as we've seen it eating berries, insects and small birds.

I've made more drawings, trying to point out what we've learned so far about Raptier's looks and behaviour. We know yet so little and learning more is extremely hard, I'm a bit frustrated to be honest. This creature can disappear for days and then show itself very quickly before disappearing again. Even our hidden cameras remain unable to capture it. I hope expanding the research area will make a difference.
