[EDIT: I asked my mom what she thought of it and she thought the black circles were her eyes //SOB ;;
The blueish white is her eyes D: the black is just little dots above them, please don't get mixed up]

I had to draw little Tapey in her scarf ;;
It had to be done.

Not really it only took like 2-4 hours :L because of the stupid background and shading. Plus getting the lines right, which I had to redo twice... Though, I actually like how this came out ;v; <3
Originally in the sketch she had a little speech bubble with iceshards hanging off of it and inside was a little Heart that was supposed to be blue and look icy and cold but that didn't happen :'D
