This is Just An Ordinary Gold Test, I've Tested It on One of Cansin13's Leopold sprites.HERE'S HOW I MAKE A GOLD EFFECT ON PAINT.NET:
1. Get Paint.NET
2. Open Transparent Image
3. Add New Layer, Move It Down, And Color It Black
4. Set Image to B&W
5. Add Glow Effect
6. Remove Glowing Stuff
7. Add Another Layer, And Color It Light Blue
8. Set Blending Mode to Overlay
9. Save Blue Glow Image as ".pdn"
10. Flatten Image
11. Set Hue to Either -180 or 180
12. Add Another Layer, And Color It Yellow
13. Set Blending Mode to Overlay
14. Save Golden Image as ".pdn"
15. Flatten Image
16. Set Hue to 5
17. Use Magic Wand And Cut Background To Make Transparency
18. Save Image
