Oh, it's a beautiful picture. I especially love how you shaded Neji's hair...but at the same time I can't stand how you shaded Tenten's. The brightness of it (like the burnished metal you've used on similar hair colors) makes it stand out so much it takes away from the picture a bit.
Other than that, it's absolutely amazing.
