Description
This is Axl as a Cyber-elf from the Zero series. I decided to let him keep his defining traits, but overlap them with generic Cyber-elf designs.

His Axl Bullets (the guns) stay the same size as they were before, since I have my personal theory that they're not actual weapons so much as part of his DNA-data that just happens to take the shape of twin pistols. Axl himself is about a foot or so tall, about the same size as "ultimate" Cyber-elves (you know the ones, they're the big-ass portraits in the Cyber-elf screens in the Zero games and Croire's final form from Zero 4, along with Passy from Zero 1).

And as for the finger guards being black and white, that's stemming from an old joke in my favorite long-running RP, where we called the guns Ivory and Ebony, as a reference to Dante's own guns. The reasoning behind it was that if Capcom can steal ideas from itself, then we can steal Capcom's ideas for our Megaman X RP!
