MS Paint drawn with a mouse. Without using a Tablet this time.

1. The outline
2. Flat coloring
3. Shadings and finishing touch. As for the backgrounds, The spray-tool really works if you manage and blend the proper colors well. This is MS-Paint ish only... not photoshop thingy.

In the future you should try saving things you make in MS Paint as pngs though, jpg degrades the quality a ridiculous amount in that program.
