These are two of PokeManiac Neo's Pokemon, Raia the Raichu and Speedy the Slowpoke. Since Neo's other two Pokemon (Gizmo the Meowth and Tod the Vulpix) are always getting into spats, Raia and Speedy like to enjoy each others easy-going company.
