It's Canvas, the white chameleon from Canvaleon! Yeah, it's a random indie game that wasn't too great... But still fun.I know he was stated to be "friendly," but I accidentally made him look insane halfway though drawing his Pixel-Art and it stuck.
But really, you might have to be crazy to let someone else paint on your body and sneak through a world full of monsters that literally try to kill you on sight.
