I did notice the similarities between Razer and Knockout. God, they even have a magnificent shade of red!

He used to be the Dark Eco Sage. I've since given it to Erol and now Chiso is the Blue Eco Sage. Hey, it fits his coat color better - every sage sticks with their color scheme like the original guys. ^^ But god, Erol. I was that fan who decided to humanize him and give him a tortured past, blah blah. Before Jak 3 ruined him, he honestly had enough gumption in Jak II that I went to town working on his character, past, etc. I made him Ashelin's younger bro with all the sibling rivalry before I saw Zuko and Azula pull off the same. XD

Regrettably, I won't make any stories. It was just nice to visit. I should probably draw a group pic or something. No clue yet.

Oh I know. I wanted to make a fanfiction where the two of them met. I think it would be one of those situations where if two people are TOO alike then they shall proceed to argue. The thought of a human Knockout against Razer in a race though. My god - the destruction they would cause! I have written as human Knockout before and because they are so alike I always feel like Knockout should be smoking and invading people's personal space as well. xD

The coats as color coding? Thats a good idea. For people who are the type to have a hard time following along it would sure help. xD See when it comes to Erol I was 'that' fan who paired him with Razer and had them torture one another. Oh fun~ xD I forget exactly what I myself used to say about his family. I think instead of just giving him a tortured past - I believe I just said his mother was a bitch. Therefor he 'inherited' his bitchiness from her so to speak. I thought it would be interesting to have a male character who couldn't be in the same room with his mother without wanting to jump across the table and strangle her. xD

Zuko and Azula's subling rivalry are just a wonderful example! Speaking of - I am SO excited for the new series. The commercials are trying to bug me on purpose! Then again - that IS what they are meant for.

Walking down memory lane, then? xD Can I suggest a one page of drawings of what happened between Chiso and Razer? I'd love to see that in more detail. Just a suggestion of course~

I think I once rped with a friend where KO smoked, but largely it never stuck. Mainly because I think KO is too self-absorbed with his looks to smoke and potentially ruin his skin.

I paired Erol with Keira. ...Shut up, I like that pairing. XD

Probably won't draw it, but I can explain! Any who, Chiso and Razer are both natives to Riveta. The latter was of noble blood, but his family lost most of his money and had to resort to dealing with criminals, hence why Razer works for Mizo. Chiso was the Riveta president's son until his parents died. He moved in with his uncle Count Veger since he was his only relative left and trained with him (more like getting yelled at).

Chiso meets Razer likely during a small Jak X adaptation during the adventure. He channels Blue Eco and fights some thugs off (panicking all the way) and Razer is impressed. Nerds aren't really his thing, so Chiso managed to grab his attention. He declares once he turns 16, he'll give him a "nice present". He is good on his promise. On Chiso's birthday. Where he wants to get bow chika bow boooow. All he gets is a kiss because Chiso (though totally crushing on Razer) is awkward, panics, and runs off before they could do the deed (not that Chiso wanted it in the first place even though it would be totally awesome but oh my god he's such an awkward virgin).

This does not sit well with Razer. He's been dumped before (hey, he's had many partners, some of them were bound to reject or smack him for refusing to commit), but these were mostly beautiful men and women (my Razer is bisexual), not homely nerds like Chiso. It's practically insulting to Razer. He tries not to let it get to him, but everytime he meets Chiso, he eggs him on.

The two meet infrequently. Chiso gets more and more confident as the story progresses. He starts to see that Razer is a pretty loyal guy beneath the criminal, flirty exterior (or at least nice in the sense that he can be oddly protective of Chiso) while Razer slowly admires the confidence the boy is emitting. It gets to a point where their feelings grow, but Chiso is also confident enough at this point that should Razer never fall for him, he'll be fine with it.

Razer does. Okay, around this point, Count Veger has been sentenced to prison for his crimes against Jak (royalty here) and his own nephew testify his insanity. He hates his uncle, yet he raised him, too, so it was hard. Razer gets a private moment with him and cheers him up. You'll notice I drew a handkerchief on Razer's coat when his canon self does not have it. Total fanstuff: In Haven and Riveta tradition, nobles give handkerchiefs to the people they want to start a relationship with. Chiso accepts and love commences! ^^

Razer doesn't become a "good guy" just because he's dating Chiso. He likely reduced his crime activities and eventually gave it up as the years pass, but he's not moral-inducing. He just keeps Chiso happy. I guess he's amoral. Also, he will chuck a butterfly knife straight through your skull if you threaten Chiso. No question. Chiso is not really happy about that. XD

I can see him being one of those doctors who smokes and then it is like... I know I will forever be one of patients who looks at the doctors smoking out by the curb and asks, "Why?" I have never understood this. In my fanfictions with Knockout as a human I say he is a nurse though. I believe he has the cunning to at least get a job and fake papers and such. I obviously cannot see him going to school. xD I totally get what you are saying as well. Perhaps only smoking when he is too pissed off to care then?

I have read all of your older comics and stuff - you actually made me like Jak x Coco. It is actually quite the nice pairing. :3 I have never been able to see Erol x Kiera correctly. I'm not sure why. I always got real peeved at the way Kiera acted to Jak though when he first showed up in the second game.

Ahhhhh. For some reason this sounds vaguely familiar! I can always see Razer as being a noble heck with the way he acts. That guy flaunts it like there is no tomorrow. I read a fanfic though that Erol and Razer were cousins and this seemed to be the same with Razer. Poor guy is doomed to be illegal to get the money he needs I suppose. But I mean - he wouldn't have the draw he did if he just had a normal job. Of course not! xD

Also - I can certainly see Razer as bisexual. Where I myself peg Erol to go one way or the other rather - or actually I see him more as pansexual kind of like I do Wesker. I can definitely see how Razer wouldn't be picky. As long as they were relatively good looking.

I really like the story.

I have seen Razer paired with a lot of original characters over the years. I'm sure you have seen all of the different pairings - everything is out there for him. (Kind of reinforces the bisexual thought, ne?) I really like this story though. Then again - I enjoy most of your stuff. If things are always well thought out then they are always enjoyable. And this is always what your ideas are. :3

I make Knockout a doctor - a brilliant one, infact - he's just a case of brilliant, but lazy. He doesn't look the type, but he's good at what he does.

I don't blame you on Erol/Keira - Erol is insane! However, I disagree with the Keira treating Jak statement. I'm actually irked because a lot of fans (mostly fangirls) are pissed because Keira yells at Jak. No offense, but she has every right and justification to yell at him. Jak used to be a kind, noble boy. Here he's practically a criminal, dark, and angry. It's been two long years since she met Jak (and Daxter), so yes, she is going to be shocked at his very huge change. Jak is going down a dark path and Keira is the first to call him on it. She has every right to be concerned and pissed.

My Erol is not related to Razer - he's related to Jak! They're cousins. Erol is Ashelin's little brother whose father is Praxis who backstabs his brother, Damas. ^^

I never had any intention of Chiso being with Razer; it's actually a fairly new development.

Yes, yes. I tend to get sick of some people in fan fictions saying that he is bad at being a doctor. I never see where this comes from unless it is just fan opinion? I don't know.

I see what you mean when you put it that way. For personal experience I know that having a friend go through a drastic change can make you say some pretty harsh things to them. It doesn't matter if the change is for better or for worse. This is very, very true.

A lovely family, ne? They get along so well. xD

The only last thing I could say is that perhaps you could do one of the OC meme's floating around as your last thing with this? There are quite a few and it would help you to explain to fans stuff about Chiso through the questions and stuff. Just an idea - I only thought to bring it up because I am going through and doing meme's right now. xD

I like that he is with Razer - and the best part is because like you said - Chiso is a nerd type. It makes it very interesting and different.

People likely assume his flippant personality means he's awful at his job. They see his personality first before his profession.

The story is like a reverse Zuko/Azula (and I made this tale before Avatar aired). Ashelin was the oldest and favored child of Baron Praxis, leaving young Erol (who had a close relationship with his late mother) to work hard to try and gain daddy's attention. This is why he slowly went insane; because he tried so damn hard to please the Baron, pulling off dark shit and all, but Praxis always catered to Ashelin.

Erol was resentful to Ashelin as a result and well, the events of Jak II did him in. He survived and was comatosed and placed in special condition with around the clock doctors by Ashelin's order once they found his body and when he woke up (with now Dark Eco powers awakened), he's even more insane. He would have gone through redemption and journeys to forgive himself and make peace with his sister. Oh, and still try and woo Keira. XD
