Delayne was always impulsive, and running off to get into things she shouldn't. Her brother usually ended up rescuing her, like he did when she tried to prove her skill to the Highborne with magic so long ago.

But now, the world was in chaos. Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms were shaking from their very foundations. Even the great tree Teldrassil shook at the might of the quakes. Elementals were pouring out and attacking people. This was not a time to be playing it safe.

Delayne had heard of a sword sometimes called the Breaker of Worlds, or more commonly, the Cataclysm Blade. It was told that it's power could sunder the world, and that it was used when the Well of Eternity was destroyed so long ago. It was told that this blade split the world in two. She wanted to ensure that this wasn't the cause of these quakes.

As she approached the blade, she could sense that it was not to blame, but another force. And this force was feeding from the blade. The very earth itself was drinking in the power of the cursed blade, and nothing could stop it.

The world would sunder again.
