Here is the original MS Paint version of The Arbiter . The only difference between this and the photoshopped version (besides the fact that one's photoshopped) is the mandibles on this one. This was done entirely with MSPaint. I didn't know how to work Photoshop or Corel at the time.Arbiter © Bungie Studios

Sweet. I'm nowhere near as good as you with MS Paint.
I tried an Arby once, but it was taking too long.
So I did a zombie instead.
This is better than my Arby anyway.
