"Zeddy- I have a question to ask..." Ziegler glanced to the ground, her breathing paused as the two kept walking.
"Yes? You know I'm always open to questions!" Zedekiel looked to Ziegler, a concerned look on his face "Is it about your research? I know you've been having a hard time and all finding the right books and all... Maybe we can talk to Tobias abou-"
"No, Zed. It's not that." The Nyulop chuckled, looking up to the Draken and giving a small and sweet smile. "I um... I wanted to ask if /maybe/ We could um- take the next step in our relationship?" She huffed, closing her eyes and continued to walk.
Zedekiel's chin dropped, his ear perking up as he let out a soft gasp "You mean- Egg?"
"Um... Yes? I just- I feel like I know all I can at this moment and I'm sick of putting my studies before most things and well- I want to be selfish for once. Seeing Beef and Sinna- I feel like we are missing out on making something in this world. "
"By all means- Yes Ziggy!" The draken's eyes lit up as he happily wrapped his arm around his partner. "I was actually going to ask here in a few months if you wanted to. I just didn't know if you would be interested yet or what would come up on the spirit studies..."
Ziegler smiled, snuggling into his side as they walked. "Well, Tomorrow- You, Me and some books. We'll read up on everything and see what all we should be doing so there is no issues at all!"
Zedekiel smiled, nudging his cheek against her head. "Sounds like a date~"

I think after being childhood sweethearts and dating for like what 4 irl years now- it was about time to get these two a plot again lol.
