I am amazed at your artwork countless and countless of times, Miss HERthatDRAWS! Just right when we all come to think he will actually kill someone innocent--Brooke shall save the day! I can't help but laugh and enjoy how that, even in the most intensifying scene I have seen so far of your comic, Omin can make us realize that HE is still inside that Flygon; his true self is inside all that hatred and overpowering strength. And I love how you made the last part so...formally threatening? XD Beautiful job, Miss HERthatDRAWS!! FABULOUS!

Just understand I'm not just going to make a total copy of Devonshire cause that'll be wrong.
Though there are alot of differences as to why Omin acts that way now compared to Dev. I promise Omin will be alot funnier in the future but I can't really show that now since, ya know, its in the middle of a battle (these things are suppose to be taken seriously) .

Devonshire is very lovable
And i completely understand. While noting similarities, i am full aware that you will not copy Devonshire. Omin seems more furious scary than calm scary, and while holding some similarities to Dev, Omin is far more open with his emotions, and is not as mysterious, which suits him better.

just have an evo scroll and your good to go. Though make sure that you've done the event ONTIME and that they have announce that you can have the evo scroll. Other then that no.

haha I honestly don't like Flygons eye design. I believe the "red lens" is their eye.
Beside that it wouldn't look very Omin with an eye under the "eye" thing. so I kept it plain :3
