Edit 2: had to change alot on it just to smush it down enough to fit it on DAs crappy file sizing. Helped me reduce it. So a big thanks to them!Also I hope its still good enough for Pmd-es group!!
Edit: got rid of unnecessary frames so nows it dropped by 4 kb. Not alot I know. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, I need this to be 30kb or less.

study a artist you like and look at your favorite picture by them. Look really really close and say to yourself "Ok how did they do that?" Example: (One of my pictures) She used Sai and clearly this brush was used
Then you go and mess around yourself with that effect. keep in mind that you'll NEVER get the exact style or technique the same but you'll learn your own style as you study more :3
