Bio: A villainous organization known as P.E.A.C.E. was infamous for conducting experiments on volunteers, hoping to create superhumans. One of their scientists wanted to give a volunteer named Roger the ability to manipulate cold temperatures as well as ice. Unfortunately, there were several miscalculations and the experiment went horribly wrong. Roger's body was transformed into pure ice, and he nearly died. They were forced to construct a special exosuit that could keep him alive. At first the scientists viewed it as a failure, but Roger convinced them it was a success, after all, he did obtain the abilities they wanted. The only downfalls were he had to constantly wear his suit, and he no longer required food or hydration, nor did his bodily functions work properly. He became their personal agent, known as Deep-Freeze, but after a while he left P.E.A.C.E. and went out on his own.
