[April 15, 1882]

The men rushed out the bank like a herd of bulls. Blood rushing. Out of breath. They ran. They hopped straight on their horses and galloping they fled from the scene of the crime. What the bandits didn't expect was the fierce lass following their tails.

"Pony up, Charlie!! We got bandits to  round up!" The red haired lass gripped the reins of the horse as it quicken its pace leaving a dust storm behind them. She whipped the rope around as she inched closer to her targets. " Never did this before but I can try to do a bang-up job" the rope grasped the hooves of a bandit's house bringing him to a crashing stop. The others, now aware of the cowgirl's presence, brought out the guns and started shooting. " just my luck!!!" The cowgirl moved her horse to evade the hail of bullets. "She's a persistent one, boss" The heavy set leader gritted his teeth. "Let's knock galley west out of her, boys!" The riders rose around her like a tornado. They aim their guns at their target.... BANG. BANG.BANG.BANG. The four fired. But when the smoke drifted away, there was no corpse. "Where she go?" The men panicked. "Miss me" The red head dragged one of the men off his horse and hog tied him. She took his gun and shot the next man's wrist leaving him disarmed and crying. The last one tried to run away so she tackled him and pressed the gun against his temple. "Move and I'll splatter your brains with this here pistol" The bandit surrendered.

"Oh you got them already, Frankie" A tall brunette came on horse back. His hazel eyes scanned the scene, "you over did it again...". Frankie scoffed. " well Dallas, if you weren't a lousy cow-poke, I wouldn't have too" Frankie's aqua eyes narrowed. Dallas looked at the wounded bandit, "only one wounded, hun? That's a new record, Frankie". She took off her hat and dusted it on her leg. It was true. On every assignment she had to injury a few criminals. Frankie released her hair from the tight ponytail to let it relax on her shoulders, "you mark em and ship them. I'm going back first". She lifted her sleeves to reveal the slick cyber wrist band. Frankie tapped the surface, projecting a green holographic screen. She inputted the date of the present. With thousands of pixels and a swirl of fusion, she was gone. Dallas sighed, "leaving me with all the time is not cute at all".

.................TIME CHANGE....................

After the criminals were marked and put in cells,  Dallas went to the office centre. Frankie, who was now out of old western wear and sporting her usual look, Sat on top of his desk. "What are you doing?" Dallas took off his cowboy hat and flinched it at her. Frankie put it on and tipped the front. "Haven't you see a young lass sit before?" Her smooth southern accent made him smile. "Why, of course I have. I'm at sea about why on my desk?" Frankie tossed a small wrapped box to him. "It's your birthday, right? So got you a birthday present, Dallas boy" Frankie gestured him to open it. Dallas Sat on the chair by his desk where she sat and opened the box. In it was a sliver locket. Dallas thumbed the cravings of his initials, "D.O.". He opened it to see the picture from last christmas office party when he had fallen asleep and Frankie drew on his face, "Oh wow... gee thanks. I love it". Frankie rolled her eyes. "No need for saracism" Dallas touched her knee. "I'm serious. Thanks" Frankie moved his hand. "Don't touch me like that. It's weird" Frankie hopped off his desk and walked to hers. Dallas spinned his chair to face her, "why is it weird?". Frankie looked at him. " you have no reason to touch me lovingly" Dallas scoffed. "What if I just wanted to touch a pretty girl?" Frankie raised a brow at him. "So you think I'm pretty, Dallas?" He blushed. "No. No. Of course not. I was just- you know what I meant" Dallas avoided her eyes. "You're between hay and grass" the sweet southern accent was back. "Hey! I'm not half grown! You should know that!" Dallas looked her in the eyes. "Then what you think about me?" Frankie crossed her legs as her eyes glared. Dallas loosen his collar, "Well you're a fierce one, that's for sure. You annoy me, But you're cool I guess. Also I guess people maybe say that you're beautiful at certain angles and distance". Frankie stabbed a pencil in his sleeve. "You forgot dangerous" she whispered ,almost seductively, in his ear. She resettled in her chair and turned to the files on her desk. Dallas stared at her. She was dangerous even to him who was supposed to be her partner in this business. When he joined I.T.I.P.D, International Time Interference Police Division, she gave him non-stop random attacks instead of a warm welcome. During those attacks, she gave him two black eyes, five bloody noses and 10 cuts and bruises. Still like an idiot he requested her as a partner and no one else. Why? He guessed it would be fun eye candy for him. Oh how wrong he was. She cared less about being a cute girl and more about tormenting him. She always left him to do paper work And deal with criminals. He hated it. Yet he never left. For complaining, gave him a real uncomfortable time because it was only then that Frankie played nice. Dallas sighed. "Hey Frankie" She looked at him. "Could you possibly-" BEEP! BEEP! The intercom sounded cutting off Dallas. Frankie answered it. The director appeared on the screen. "Get your ass in the conference room now" Just like that the director disappeared. "Guess someone screwed up" Frankie hopped out her chair and began to walk to the conference room. Dallas followed close behind her, " like I was trying to say earlier was if you could possibly be more, you know, friendly to me? Something more pleasing to me". Frankie looked at him. She slowly backed him to the wall." Friendly? What you want me to do? Be your doll and be tempting to your eyes" Frankie slowly lifted her shirt revealing her stomach and a bit of her chest. A few passersby gasped and carried whispers. "Stop that, Frankie" Dallas pulled her shirt down. "What do you want me to do?" Frankie got closer "just whisper sweet nothings in your ear while you work". Dallas bpushed. He could feel Frankie form the words on his ear. Frankie backed away a bit, "Or would you rather I spread my legs when you plow me on your desk?". Frankie scoffed and continued walking. "Listen. I didn't mean it like that. Just you've been a real bitch to me since I got here. Would it be kill you to be nice? Or at least trust me more" Dallas walked father away from her when she shot a glare. "Haven't you realize that the nice people are getting no where in life? And that the people I should trust can seem like they wanna help but aren't trying hard enough" Frankie walked faster "there's a reason everyone keeps saying trust no one". Dallas was stumped. Where does she get off saying deep shit like that?, he thought. As they entered the conference room, the director began to start. " For the past weeks, our officers are going missing on their missions. The only thing that relates to all incidents are that the time leaps were the officers' birthdays. In short, they've been erased from existence" The director's booming voice made the situation seem as lethal as it was. Frankie bit her lip. "So we''re losing officers, their data, even their families. Who can be so hell bent to destroying this whole division?!" It was Cain, who made the outburst. The director gave him a cold glance, "We have no clue. Must be a criminal who has been restricted to a time period and learned to time leap". Everyone started to argue over suspects. The noise was nerve shattering. Frankie slammed her hands against the steel table causing everyone to pay attention, "Listen and listen close. We don't have time for bosh. There's a murderer out there some where in time aiming for our blood. So either you guys man up and get to work finding this criminal or I will whip you all until you deadbeats shape up. Ya hear?" Her southern accent was more rich and firm. The born leader presence she displayed brought her fellow workers to their feet. "Yes, ma'am" They all froze as the red alert light went on. The giant screen dyed bright red as it displayed a dead officer. They lost another one.
