Yes! Two years ago, I managed to get Monkey Island 1 & 2 on Nintendo DS, suing R4DS and Scummvm.[link] (R4DS)

I've played Simon the Sorcerer on my DS for a while... I had to fit the speech on a 32MB Compact Flash card; therefore, I had to convert it to something like 8kbps MP3s (or something, it was the lowest setting I could get)... the sound of it was horrible, but it worked.

Simon the Sorcerer? It's about a teenager who gets sucked into a fantasy world and has to save it from the evil sorcerer Sordid. It's much like Monkey Island, but about fantasy stuff instead of pirates. If you don't know it and like fantasy and / or fairy tales, you should try it!
There's also a second part which is great, too... but it goes downhill after that. The third part is weird, though many fans still like it (I haven't finished it because the town I went in started to disappear xD); and the fourth and fifth parts are made by some German developer instead of the original team... the fourth one is really mediocre, and I haven't yet convinced myself to get the fifth one, because it features aliens for some reason -.-
