The aircraft carriers of space, but with mechs instead of planes. This is the ship that couldn't possibly hope to survive against a battleship in direct combat, as most of its weapons are anti-mech. However, the mechs it launches could take down battleships with relative ease. In essence, just a huge mech carrier with some anti-mech weapons to protect itself from enemy mechs and a few small defensive beam turrets.
