Description
This drawing is really, really old, but I finally finished the coloring.Starting out as a technical-style drawing, this eventually became far more of a message. The idea here is that the pilot of this mech must perform the "duty" of attacking a city with nuclear weapons despite not being committed to the idea of nuclear war. This is less of an anti-war message and more of an anti-nuclear war one, as this is the most dangerous to civilians and general society.

I think the grass should have the orangey-yellow tint to it, and there should be a darker gradient arround edges for some added mood. I'm not sure you need the guy crying in the corner either. It kind of ruins the mood.
Besides that, it's good. I've always liked your robot-drawing skills (and slightly envied, due to my lack of a bility to draw anything mechanical)
wasn't I helping you out with this color scheme on aim?

1) I decided not to take the extra work on the grass; partly because the explosion is farther back than it seems, mostly 'cause I'm lazy.
2) As far as the gradient thing, I don't really know what you mean.
3) The crying pilot guy was the mood. Originally, it was just the robot, and he was added to take up space. So, the mood is supposed to be rather downcast and sombre. If you see it as different, though, it is open to interpretation.
But, "I've always liked your robot-drawing skills (and slightly envied[...])"? Wow. I'm really flattered, especially coming from such a great artist as yourself. I guess I could say the same thing about the ease with which you can draw people.
Thanks again!
