Just playing around with colored pencils again.I REALLY like how the colors turned out!
This is my own little tribute to Mandy, from the Cartoon Network series, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. She's no doubt one of my all-time favorite cartoon characters!
The background was loosely inspired by Man of Steel: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ciuis…

I like how it mixes elements of your style (such as the angular limbs and colored-pencil backgrounds) with the TV show's style (the facial features and the shapes on the skulls).
The large white dot representing the moon surrounded by colored-pencil circles gives a feeling reminiscent of "The Nightmare Before Christmas", which is nit surprising given your work and art are inspired by Tim Burton.
The colored-pencil lines are well-done and fit with the stylized pencil drawings, both in your rendition of Mandy and the background elements. I wouldn't say it's original, given that Mandy is pretty much a dark, manipulative sociopath, but the art's execution fits with her character and your style.

Mandy was bored, Billy was being a dimwitted moron, and Grim was being whiny. So, Mandy annihilated the totality of human civilization. She felt a littler better.
