I think it is Momma as that head and 2008's Baby Clover do not match www.dreadcentral.com/wp-contenβ¦
From that image link, you can see that it lacks the teeth size as the gif you have here.Β In addition, when 2008 Clover has its mouth closed we see two upper teeth.Β For 2018 Momma Clover, we see 3 upper teeth when the mouth's closed and they're HUGE in ratio/proportion to 2008 Clover's teeth to face!

Well it all depends on the version of Godzilla...
For that Anime plant Godzilla, he's big enough to be a harmless hotdog to Momma Clover.
For 2014 Godzilla and below, they're popcorn chicken!
