Of course you wouldn't; not a lot of people know of Devilman. All the anime that people care about is the anime of today and not the classics.

i manly just watch GOOD anime
none of that KUWAII DESU garbage i hear so much about

i can see why, i think the olderst thing i've seen is either jojo's or parasyte but that was through the recent animes (still loved them though )

Both are good series, but the Parasyte manga is better. Read it waaaaay before it became an anime.

i watched it through recommendation and loved it
though the whole "manga is better" thing can be said with a lot of anime

The things that bother me about the Parasyte anime:

1. Shinichi and Murano look completely different
2. Who's the girl with the glasses again? She seems get more screen time than in the manga
3. Timeline takes place in 2000s, even though it should've been in the 80s or 90s

either than that, good adaptation

. i think they look different because they are meant to be in their late teens or something compared to the mid 20's of the manga
(not sure with manga age never read it)
. not sure who you mean so clearly she didn't leave much of an impact on me
. considering it was based in the 80's-90's i think it went through that transition to 2000's pretty dam well, i would have totally believed it was meant to be the 2000's originally
