Laura can ride horses in a variety of ways, including horseback, showmanship, and dressage (her personal favorite). She is also able to ride any kind of horse. Regardless of how skittish or violent the horse is, if she thinks she can ride it, she'll ride it.

Biography:
Laura was born into a very rich family. Her father is a car salesman and her mother is a hairstylist, so they brought home the bacon, so to speak. Because of this, they often showered her in gifts. When Laura was six years old, she saw a horse derby on TV for the first time and that's when her love for horses began. She begged for her parents to buy her a horse for 2 whole years before they finally gave her not just a horse, but an entire stable that came with an entire 15 acre lot! She loved her horse (she named it Zitrone, after it's lemon yellow coat), but she wanted more than just to own a horse; she wanted to ride one. She would have to wait another 2 years before her parents would pay for riding lessons. During those two long years, Laura had watched video after video and read book after book about riding, preparing for the day where her parents would cave in. At first, she was relatively decent at riding her horse, but over time she became practically perfect at riding. Eventually she started signing up for riding competitions, such as dressage and derbies. Her first competition got her 6th place, and she was heartbroken. She had worked so hard to get into the competition (she was 12 at the time), and all she had to show for it was this stupid green ribbon! After that, she trained extensively and then competed in that same competition one year later. In the end, she got first place! She was ecstatic! All that hard work finally paid off!
She then started entering and winning more and more competitions from all over the globe and became very famous. Her extreme talent was very noticeable to Hope's Peak Academy, and they requested that she become a student there.

Make-up: You have to look good when you're riding horses, so she has become well-versed in contouring and just general make-up.
Hair-styling: Throughout her life, her mother constantly did Laura's hair for her. As she got older, her mother taught her some styling tips and that became her hobby.
